Update:  COVID Vaccine for those 5-11 years old

We are continuing to partner with local entities, including the Wauwatosa Health Department, to ensure that those interested in the COVID-19 vaccine for their children can receive it in a timely manner. We will continue to share information, including that about upcoming clinics, via our Facebook page as it becomes available. We are unable to provide COVID-19 vaccination as part of well visits at this time.
